Our pay online service is available to existing Public Self Storage
customers only. Your agreement number can be found at the top right of
your invoice. Enter your PIN code as your password. If you are a current
customer and do not have the information required to log in please
contact us on 03 9689 8222.

Public Self Storage recognises that security is a primary issue for our customers.
That is why we offer the best security available. Since you hold your own key,
you can safely access your storage unit 24 hours a day.

Free for customers to use if you have a license. You must show our office staff this licence and a copy with be taken. We also need to see a current certificate of currency with $10 million in coverage

Hours of Use:
Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday – 9am to 4.30pm
Sunday – 10am to 3.30pm

Call us now and book the truck to assist with moving your goods into Public Self Storage. Book in advance to avoid disappointment. This service is very popular and the more notice you give us, the better your chances are of getting the truck on the day you want it. This service is only available at our Epping location.

Booking times are as follows:
Monday to Friday – 9.00am to 4.00pm
Saturday – 9.00am to 3.00pm
Sunday – 10.00am to 2.00pm

• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer
• Bookings are subject to availability
• The truck is manual and can be driven on a standard licence.
• The truck must be picked up Prior to 10:30am.
• 24 hours notice is required if booking needs to be cancelled
• A holding fee of $300 will apply until truck is returned
• The truck is free of charge up to 50 kilometres. A fee of $1.50 will be charged for each kilometre over 50 kilometres.
• This truck must not be used for personal reasons, only to bring your goods to our facility. If this occurs the holding deposit of $300 will not be refunded.
• Credit card details must be provided at the time of booking.
• Your card will be charged if:
  • vehicle is not returned full of diesel fuel
  • vehicle is returned later than allocated time
  • vehicle is returned dirty or damaged
• Public Self Storage staff are prohibited from loading or unloading the truck
• The truck must be able to park safely and legally at your premises
• The customer agrees to not load more then 1 tonne of goods in the truck.
• The customer agrees that he/she has legal ownership of the goods
• The customer agrees to indemnify Public Self Storage, its agents and employees from any loss, damage, theft or expense whilst using the truck
• The customer agrees to not load the truck with prohibited materials as stated in the storage agreement and our Goods Not To Be Stored Policy.

Can be hired free of charge for storers only. A copy of your drivers license will need to be taken and you will be required to fill out and sign a trailer agreement form. The trailer may not be kept overnight. Book in advance to avoid disappointment. This service is very popular and the more notice you give us, the better your chances are of getting the trailer on the day you want it. This service is only available at our Hallam location.

• The customer agrees that he/she has legal ownership of the goods
• The customer agrees to not load the trailer with prohibited materials as stated in the storage agreement and our Goods Not To Be Stored policy.

The Customer shall not store any goods that may be explosive, flammable, illegal, hazardous, environmentally harmful, perishable, decomposing or of an otherwise unsuitable nature for storage or that may become a risk to any person or property whatsoever.

$1 Promo

• $1 for first month’s rent, second month must be paid upfront.
• Customers can only get the deal once within 1 year and is not available on transfers or additional units
• Unit reservations are held for 24 hours until confirmed by customer, your storage contract must be signed within 14 days of reservation
• Units are subject to availability
• The free Move In Van is available with this promotion
• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer
• 14 Day’s notice is required in writing prior to the day of vacating
• The free Move in Truck is available with this promotion on units 18qm and larger
• The $1 deal is only available to customers who receive and store stock in the contract holders name only
• If you vacate during the first 2 months you will not be entitled to a refund.

Epping Online Promo

• To be eligible for the Promo, customers must reserve online.
• Move in date must be within 14 days from the date of the reservation to receive this promotion.
• Rent must be paid on time or prior to the due date or the discount can be cancelled for that month
• Customers can only get the deal once.
• If 2 units are rented on the same day, the cheaper of the two will get the discount. The other will be at full price.
• Units are subject to availability
• 14 Day’s notice is required in writing prior to the day of vacating

EXISTING CUSTOMERS

• Pay up front for 6 months and receive a 5% discount.

Delivery

• Home delivery is available from our online Box Shop
• Delivery is available in major metropolitan areas.
• Delivery is usually the next business day if you order before 12pm.

Click and Collect

• You can order through our online Box Shop and collect from either our Braybrook or Epping Location.
• Your order will be ready for collection approximately 1 hour after your order has been sent through to us.

Refunds and Exchange

• Box Shop purchases can be returned or exchanged with in 14 days of purchase.
• Refund or Exchange can be made at either or Braybrook or Epping location.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• Goods must be in an unused condition.
• Refunds will be made via bank transfer.
